1. Keep Chat PG 16
2. No Flaming/Trolling/Hating in guild chat/Academy Chat
3. Mori is Guild Master, Twilight_Sparkle and Alex are 2nd in commands Listen to them
4. All admins are lead in a single decision when none of the 3 mentioned above are online
